Jacob Grossman is a California native who has proudly called the Central Coast home since 2012. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and comes from a third-generation background in real estate, giving him a deep, multi-generational understanding of development, construction, and the built environment.
With over 15 years of experience in real estate development and construction, Jacob brings a comprehensive, hands-on perspective to every project. As a licensed General Contractor in California, he has overseen all phases of the construction process, from early-stage planning, entitlements, and permit approvals to contractor bidding, scheduling, construction management, quality control, and final delivery.
Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the development and construction of more than 500 homes, ranging from individual custom residences to larger-scale residential projects. This experience allows him to anticipate challenges, streamline processes, and protect his clients’ time, budget, and overall project goals.
As a construction consultant and owner’s representative, Jacob helps homeowners and developers navigate complex projects with clarity and confidence. His approach is rooted in transparency, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering successful outcomes at every stage of the build.
